Boateng, who joined city for 10 million pounds of Hamburg last summer, has struggled with injuries during his first season in the Championship and stated that he would like to force through a move to Bayern.

However, even if the player has already accepted under a contract with Bayern, it seems an agreement far complete remains.

"They use a tactic I've ever seen," said Rummenigge. "They do respond, even if we try to communicate with them."

City have already signed two defenders in the window of transfer, Stefan Savic and Gaël Clichy and Rummenigge added: "I think that they will have 48 players under contract, but financial fair play they may have only 25."

"According to their last record, if I am right, they are low 127 million to £.". Maybe they still have a trick their sleeves, but I'm not sure that they will be allowed to play in the Champions League. »

CEO of city Garry Cook revealed that the club has occupied a number of meetings with UEFA on financial Fair Play.
